Entrusted by Shenhua Group Corp. Ltd. (hereafter called “Tenderer”), Shenhua International Ltd. (hereafter called “Tendering Agent”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of cycle hydrogen compressor &high speed pump for 80,000 t/y benzene hydrogenation project forShenhua Wuhai energy Co., Ltd.

神华国际贸易有限责任公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受神华集团有限责任公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，就神华乌海能源有限责任公司8万吨/年苯加氢项目循环氢压缩机组和高速泵采购进行国际公开招标，现邀请合格的投标者进行密封投标。

1.Bidding Scope招标范围:

Destination of delivery交货地点：Tianjin Xingang天津新港

Technical Specifications主要技术规范：

Package 01：rated flow :9500 Nm³/h (Standard conditions) ,inlet pressure: 2.4 MPa(G), inlet inlet temperature:65℃, discharge pressure:3.7 MPa(G).

第01包：流量：9500 Nm³/h（标态），进口压力：2.4MPa(G)，进口温度：65℃，排气压力：3.7 MPa(G)。

Package 02：medium:light benzene, rated flow(Nor/Max):11.3/13.56 m³/h, specific gravity: 0.84, suction pressure:0.2 MPa(G), discharge pressure: 4.16 MPa(G), head:460 m.

第02包：介质：轻苯，额定流量（正常/最大）：11.3/13.56 m³/h，比重：0.84，进口压力：0.2 MPa(G)，出口压力：4.16 MPa(G)，杨程：460米。

2.Time of Selling Bidding Documents发售招标文件时间:

8:30-11:30 am and 13:30-16:00 pm (Beijingtime), from,April 2^nd, 2011to April 24, 2011except for public holidays.

2011年4月2日起至2011年4月24日止，每天上午8:30-11:30，下午13：30-16：00（北京时间），法定节假日除外。

4.Price of Bidding Documents招标文件售价:

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee RMB 1000 or US Dollars 155 for Pakage One and RMB 500 or US Dollars 80 for Pakage Two.

第一包每套人民币1000元或155美元整，第二包每套人民币500元或80美元整，售后不退。

5.The Deadline for Submitting Bids / Time of Bid Opening投标截止时间和开标时间:

At 10:00 amApril 26, 2011.(Beijing Time), Bidding Documents arrived later than this time or bidding documents in nonconformity with requirements will not be accepted. Mailing bidding documents will not be accepted.

投标者的投标文件须于2011年4月26日上午10:00（北京时间）之前递交至开标地点（如有变化，另行通知）。逾期收到或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。不接受邮寄方式提交投标文件。

6.Place of Bid Opening开标地点:

No.817 MeetingRoom on the 8th floor,zhoujimansion, No.16 Andelu, Dongcheng District,Beijing, China . Bidders’ representatives shall participate the Bid Opening and signing the Summary Sheet for Bid Opening.

7.Clarify Before Bid Opening标前澄清答疑方式:

Bidders shall fax questions of bidding documents to Tendering Agent fifteen (15) days before the date of Bid Opening.

请投标人在投标截止期15天前以书面方式将问题传真至神华国际贸易有限责任公司。
