Entrusted by Shenhua Group Corp. Ltd. (hereafter called “Tenderer”), Shenhua International Ltd. (hereafter called “Tendering Agent”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply for PDA system (hereafter called “Project” )

神华国际贸易有限责任公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受神华集团有限责任公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，就中国神华煤制油化工有限公司北京研究院三维激光多普勒动态分析仪（3D-PDA）采购项目进行国际公开招标，现邀请合格的投标者进行密封投标。

1.Bidding Scope招标范围:

主要技术规范：详见第八章—技术规范。

2.Time of Selling Bidding Documents发售招标文件时间:

8:30-11:30 a.m. and 13:30-16:30 p.m. from April 2^nd, 2011 to April 25, 2011(Beijingtime) except for public holidays.

2011年4月2日起至2011年4月25日止，每天上午8:30-11:30和下午13：30-16:30（北京时间），法定节假日除外。

4.Price of Bidding Documents招标文件售价:

A complete set of Bidding Documents of each package (include the electronic version ) may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee RMB 800 or USD120. If differences exist between the paper documents and the electronic version, the description in the paper documents shall prevail.

每套人民币800元（大写：人民币捌佰元整）或120美元（大写壹佰贰拾美元），售后不退。招标机构同时提供电子版的招标文件。若纸制文件与电子文件有差异，以纸制文件为准。

5.The Deadline for Submitting Bids / Time of Bid Opening投标截止时间和开标时间:

At 10:00 a.m. April 26, 2011. (Beijing Time), Bidding Documents arrived later than this time or bidding documents in nonconformity with requirements will not be accepted. Mailing or fax /e-mail bidding documents will not be accepted.

投标文件须于2011年4月26日上午10:00（北京时间）之前递交至开标地点（如有变化，另行通知）。逾期收到或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。不接受邮寄或传真/电子邮件方式提交投标文件。

6.Place of Bid Opening开标地点:

No.817 Meeting Room on the Eighth floor,ZhouJiTower, No 16,Ande Road, Dongcheng District,Beijing, China . Bidders’ representatives shall participate in the Bid Opening and signing the Summary Sheet for Bid Opening.

7.Clarify Before Bid Opening标前澄清答疑方式:

Bidders shall fax questions of bidding documents to Tendering Agent fifteen (15) days before the date of the deadline for the submission of bids.

请投标人在投标截止期15天前以书面方式将问题传真至神华国际贸易有限责任公司。
