神华国际贸易有限责任公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受神华科技发展有限责任公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，就神华科技发展有限责任公司实验室仪器采购采购进行国际公开招标，现邀请合格的投标者进行密封投标。

1.Bidding Scope招标范围:

2.Time of Selling Bidding Documents发售招标文件时间:

8:30-11:30 a.m. and 13:30-16:30 p.m. (Beijingtime), fromJanuray 19, 2012toFeburay 8, 2012except for public holidays.

2012年1月19日起至2012年2月8日止，每天上午8:30-11:30，下午13：30-16：00（北京时间），法定节假日除外。

4.Price of Bidding Documents招标文件售价:

A complete set of Bidding Documents of each package may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee RMB 500 or USD 80.

招标文件每包每套售价人民币500元（大写：人民币伍佰元整）或80美元（大写：捌拾美元），售后不退。

5.The Deadline for Submitting Bids / Time of Bid Opening投标截止时间和开标时间:

At 10:00 amon Feburay 9, 2012.(Beijing Time), Bidding Documents arrived later than this time or bidding documents in nonconformity with requirements will not be accepted. Mailing bidding documents will not be accepted.

投标截止时间和开标时间为2012年2月9日上午10:00（北京时间）。逾期收到或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。不接受邮寄方式提交投标文件。

6.Place for submitting of bidding document and Place of Bid Opening投标文件递交地点和开标地点:

7.Clarify Before Bid Opening标前澄清答疑方式:

Bidders shall fax questions of bidding documents to Tendering Agent fifteen (15) days before the date of Bid Opening.

请投标人在投标截止期15天前以书面方式将问题传真至招标代理机构。
