Entrusted by Shenhua Ningxia coal industry group Co.,Ltd (hereafter called “Tenderer”), Shenhua International Ltd. (hereafter called “Tendering Agent”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Pneumatic Conveying System for Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co. Ltd. Methanol to Olefin Project.

神华国际贸易有限责任公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受神华宁夏煤业集团有限责任公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，就神华宁煤甲醇制烯烃项目风送系统采购进行国际公开招标，现邀请合格的投标者进行密封投标。

1.Bidding Scope招标范围:

Name & Quantity of Goods货物名称和数量：

Powder Pneumatic Conveying System粉料输送系统，two sets两套；

Pellet Pneumatic Conveying System粒料输送系统，one set一套；

Discharge Vessel Rotary Feeder排放仓旋转阀，five sets五台。

Details See Scope of Supply and Technical specifications in Section 8详见第八章—供货范围需求一览表和技术规格。

2.Time of Selling Bidding Documents发售招标文件时间:

8:30-11:30 am and 13:30-16:30 pm (Beijingtime), from January 19, 2012 to Feburay 8, 2012 except for public holidays.

2012年1月19日起至2012年2月8日止，每天上午8:30-11:30，下午13:30-16:30（北京时间），法定节假日除外。

3.Place of Selling Bidding Documents购买招标文件地点:

4.Price of Bidding Documents招标文件售价:

A complete set of Bidding Documents (include the electronic version) may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee RMB 2000 or USD 350. If differences exist between the paper documents and the electronic version, the description in the paper documents shall prevail.

每套人民币2000元或350美元（大写：人民币贰仟元整或叁佰伍拾美元），售后不退。招标机构同时提供电子版的招标文件。若纸制文件与电子文件有差异，以纸制文件为准。

5.The Deadline for Submitting Bids / Time of Bid Opening投标截止时间和开标时间:

At 10:00 am, Feburay 9, 2012 (BeijingTime).Bidding Documents arrived later than this time or bidding documents in nonconformity with requirements will not be accepted. Mailing bidding documents will not be accepted.

被邀请的投标者的投标文件须于2012年2月9日上午10:00（北京时间）之前递交至开标地点（如有变化，另行通知）。逾期收到或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。不接受邮寄方式提交投标文件。

6.Place of Bid Opening开标地点:

No.3 MeetingRoom on the 4th floor,Fengzhan Hotel, No.57,Andingmenwai Street, Dongcheng District,Beijing, China . Bidders’ representatives shallparticipatethe Bid Opening and signing the Summary Sheet for Bid Opening.

北京东城区安定门外大街乙57号凤展大酒店四层第三会议室,请投标人代表参加开标，并签署开标记录。

7.Clarify Before Bid Opening标前澄清答疑方式:

Bidders shall fax questions of bidding documents to Tendering Agent fifteen (15) days before the date of Bid Opening.

请投标人在投标截止期15天前以书面方式将问题传真至神华国际贸易有限责任公司。
