Entrusted by SHENHUA LOGISTICS GROUP CO. LTD (hereafter called “Tenderer”), CHINA SHENHUA INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING LTD (hereafter called “Tendering Agent”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for SHENHUA LOGISTICS GROUP CO. LTD 2012 SHANNXI METHANOL TO OLEFIN PROJECT -Reactor System /Inter Cooler.

中国神华国际工程有限公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受神华物资集团有限公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，就神华物资集团有限公司2012年陕西甲醇下游加工项目-反应器系统和中间冷却器进行国际公开招标，现邀请合格的投标者进行密封投标。

1. Bidding Scope招标范围:

Name & Quantity of Goods货物名称和数量：Reactor System /Inter Cooler, 10 sets反应器系统和中间冷却器，10台套

Details See Scope of Supply and Technical specifications in Section 8详见第八章—供货范围需求一览表和技术规格。

1. Time of Selling Bidding Documents发售招标文件时间:

8:30-11:30 am and 13:30-16:00 pm (Beijing time), from July 19, 2012 to August 8, 2012 except for public holidays.

2012年7月19日起至2012年8月8日止，每天上午8:30-11:30，下午13:30-16:00（北京时间），法定节假日除外。

1. Price of Bidding Documents招标文件售价:

A complete set of Bidding Documents (include the electronic version) may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee RMB 2500 or USD 400. If differences exist between the paper documents and the electronic version, the description in the paper documents shall prevail.

每套人民币2500元或400美元（大写：人民币贰仟伍佰圆整或肆佰美圆整），售后不退。招标机构同时提供电子版的招标文件。若纸质文件与电子文件有差异，以纸质文件为准。

1. The Deadline for Submitting Bids / Time of Bid Opening投标截止时间和开标时间:

At 10:00 am, August 8, 2012 (Beijing Time). Bidding Documents arrived later than this time or bidding documents in nonconformity with requirements will not be accepted. Mailing bidding documents will not be accepted.

投标截止时间和开标时间为2012年8月8日上午10:00（北京时间）。一切迟到的投标文件或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。不接受邮寄方式提交投标文件。

1. Place of Bid submission &place of Bid Opening投标文件递交地点和开标地点:

No.3 Meeting Room on the 4th floor, Fengzhan Hotel, No.57,Andingmenwai Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing, China. Bidders’ representatives shall participate the Bid Opening and signing the Summary Sheet for Bid Opening.

北京东城区安定门外大街乙57号凤展大酒店四层第三会议室,请投标人代表参加开标，并签署开标记录。

1. Clarify Before Bid Opening标前澄清答疑方式:

Bidders shall fax questions of bidding documents to Tendering Agent fifteen (15) days before the date of Bid Opening.

请投标人在投标截止和开标日15天前以书面方式将问题传真至中国神华国际工程有限公司。
