神华国际贸易有限责任公司受中国神华煤制油化工有限公司（以下称“招标人”）的委托，对神华陕西甲醇下游加工项目聚丙烯技术许可（以下称“项目”）进行国际公开招标。

4、招标范围：

聚丙烯技术许可、技术工艺设计包、技术服务、培训及相关工作。

5、投标人资格要求：

Ÿ专利商应在世界范围内具有单条线规模超过30万吨/年，且已运行的聚丙烯商业化装置的技术许可业绩。

Ÿ专利商在聚丙烯装置设计方面应具有与中国工程公司合作的经验。

6、招标文件售价：

售价500元人民币，招标文件售后不退。

自2011年5月17日起至2011年5月31日，每天上午8:30-11:30，下午13:30-16:30（北京时间，法定的节假日除外）。

PP Technology Licensing，process design package，technical services，trainningand other relative works.

5.Requirements of Bidder's Qualification:

ŸThe Licensor's technology shall have been used to build single line of the commercial PP plant with the capacity over 300,000 ton annualy.

ŸThe Licensor should have experience of cooperation with Chinese Engineering Company for PP Plant Engineering in China.

6.Price of the Bidding Documents:

RMB500Yuan, no refunds.
